The formula is actually really simple. I will come out to your house to estimate your lawn's square footage. Once I have that information, the estimate is quick and easy. First, I'll multiply your square footage by my price-per-square foot rate of $.002, then I will add $1 per irregular lawn feature (tree, protruding flower bed, etc). I will get back to you within 24-hours with a guaranteed price for each time I mow your lawn. This price is guaranteed not to change for the entire lawn-mowing season.
